18 വയസ്സ് മുതൽ 30 വയസ്സ് വരെയുള്ളവർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകാം. ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ 1994 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് രണ്ടിനും 2006 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് ഒന്നിനും ഇടയിൽ ജനിച്ചവരായിരിക്കണം.
